Password Reset - Invalid email address error
If you use the Password Reset page to update your Progression Profile password and you get a message saying "Please enter a valid email address" then it means we don't have a profile with your email address.
A few things you can try:
- Check you entered your email correctly with the correct spelling
- Might you have used a different email address in the past when you signed up for your Progression Profile?
- Have you purchase videos from us in the past and if so was it through the iOS app, Android App or Progression website?
If you answered yes to (3) and purchased in our iOS app then you may not have had to create a Progression Profile as the purchases are made through your Apple Id and Apple don't share any personal information about yourself with us, so it's hard for us to directly link back to those purchases. But we do have a Restore Purchases feature available in the iOS app that will allow you to gain access to these previous purchases:

I'd strongly recommend after restoring purchasing you create a Progression Profile as this will make it easier to access your video on other devices and stream them through the Progression website.
