How to remove devices from your Progression Profile

The Progression Player allows you to access your videos from up to 5 devices. Once you have 5 devices registered again your profile you will not be able to log on with another device but there are several ways you can remove old device and make room for the new one:

Using the Progression Player App:

If you have a device that is already logged into you Profile in the Player App then do the following:

On iOS:

1. Launch the Progression Player App
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Scroll half way down you'll see the list of devices registered against this profile, tap the red "Forget" links next to each device to remove that device from your profile
4. Scroll to the bottom of this screen and you'll see a "Log Out" button, use this to remove this device from your profile

On Android:

1. Launch the Progression Player App
2. Using the side menu to go to the Profile section
3. The lower half of the screen will list all your registered devices - tap the red "forget device" link next to each device to remove that device from your profile
4. Tap the green "logout" link, to remove this device from your profile and log out.

Using the Progression website:

You can access your Progression Profile through the Progression website:

1. Go to the Devices page
2. If you are not already logged in then you will have enter your Profile email address and password
3. On the profile device page, you will see a list of all your devices and can use the red "REMOVE" links to remove any of the devices from your profile.
